At Phase Changer we are continuing to monitor the trends in health care and our priority is the well - being of all of our staff and clients.
Our business will remain open during these times, though we have implemented several safety procedures to ensure this occurs.
Our Factory will be closed to visitors and the public, deliveries will be made by couriers only. Only one staff member will be working in the Factory and all items will be disinfected daily.
As a result of reduced staff our phones will be diverted to our
Phase Changer answering service ph. 1300 137 510. Messages will be passed on to the appropriate staff member and answered ASAP.
The field servicing of equipment has been suspended and will now be carried out in the Factory. As mentioned above they will need to be sent via Courier.
These changes may affect time lines but we will be working and doing our best to turn things around as quickly as possible.

We have moved to larger premises in Pakenham which is 1/2 hour closer to Melbourne. Unfortunately Telstra have really struggled to deliver us working phone lines and an internet connection, so for almost three weeks we have been restricted to mobile phones, and unreliable redirection of our old number. We have finally got working phones and internet.
